After you register for a couples workshop, you will receive an email from our staff member, Gina Carini, MFT, to set a telephone appointment to complete the registration process. Please make sure to leave your phone number when you register online. 

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel prior to three weeks before the workshop, a full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be provided. If you cancel within three weeks of the workshop, your fee can be applied to a future workshop for any time up to two years after cancellation.

In the event a seminar is cancelled Sonoma Couples Workshops is only responsible for reimbursement of fees paid for the seminar. All costs incurred for travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual or entity that made those arrangements. The individual or entity that made the arrangements agrees to hold harmless Sonoma Couples Workshops from any and all liability associated with those travel arrangements.
